About a month or so, Nintendo released a new game for Nintendo Wii. The new game is Wii Sports Resort. Well, I brought mine a few weeks ago and tried this game at home.
This game is more like a replacement of the Wii Sports Game. But frankly speaking, I really like Wii Sports Resort more than the old game. So here am I posting my review about this game.
Before you ever get into this game, please get yourself a Wii Motion Plus. In Wii Sports Resort, you need a Wii Motion Plus to play. The reason you need is because, the new game provides a better motion detection rather than the old game which was based on x and y axis only. With the Wii Motion Plus in Wii Sports Resort game, you are allowed to turn your Wii Remote as and when you play the game.
Necessary Accessories
Like I have mentioned, you need a Wii Motion Plus. Perhaps, you may want to get the Wii Motion Plus sensor which comes along with the game and you need to purchase separately.
Any upgrades needed to the existing Nintendo Wii?
Well, after you inserted the game disc to your Nintendo Wii, you will be prompted that your Nintendo Wii will be upgraded to suit the game. But well, it’s automatically, you need not to connect to the internet to upgrade the firmware.
How many games in Wii Sports Resort?
All in total, it has 12 games.
In each game, as you continued to play, you get to unlock the features in each game. All the games include individual ones and also play up to maximum of 4 players.

You use the Wii Remote and nuchuck and connect them together and swing them both of them alternatively forward and backward. Google and youtube for more videos on it.

Yes the MotionPlus. It is needed for a number of new games because it provides more detection of the motion. And I believe Microsoft XBox360 is coming with something new based on motion as well. Sounds pretty interesting between Nintendo Wii and XBox 360.
I still like Wii Sports Resorts and Guitar Hero. But guess I have to purchase new games despite so busy at work.
